Is Quality Guaranteed?

Culturesociety Co. takes pride in ensuring customers get the highest quality goods. We run our products through 3 quality assurance checks during our fulfillment process. All product SKU's are tracked to ensure every product sent out has passed all 3 tests.  

WHAT ARE CANVAS PRINTS AND HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE THEM?

All Canvas Prints come rolled up as seen below.  We value your creativity and leave the customizing up to you.  By offering prints, the choice is yours on how you want to decorate your wall art.  Whether that's using a wood frame or a painting frame, our prints can be easily equipped with both.  Please refer to the pictures below for an example.

   

What are Canvases?

Our Canvases are quality made canvases that come ready to hang on your wall and are already framed. 

Are These Products Framed?

If not mentioned, products are not framed. However, stay tuned for our promotional deals where we include framing for FREE!
Is This Hand-Painted?

All items are printed due to a large volume of orders.  If you would like a painting specifically painted for you, please send us an email at support@culturesocietyshop.com.

What Size Is My Canvas?

The Standard Unit of Measurement is Centimeters.
I Have Not Received My Canvas, Where is it?
This could either be due to the very high demand of your order or it has been lost during parcel delivery. If you did not receive your parcel, it is best to contact your local post office, neighbors or even your customs if you are from Canada. Parcels lost in delivery are only subject to a refund from our company based on the specific circumstances. Please email us at support@culturesocietyshop.com and we will attempt to locate your order for you and help you obtain it. 

 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Processing times can be anywhere from 24 - 48 hours, depending on the volume of orders at the time. Delivery times can vary from 2 - 5 business days, on rare occasions, these estimates can be off due to high site traffic. Please refer to your tracking number for information regarding the location of your order. Feel free to contact us regarding any issues you face.

Tracking number not working?

Usually tracking numbers take 1-3 business days to begin working after being issued. This does not mean your package is not coming to you, it simply means while it's being transported to you its data is taking a few days to upload to the system. All packages can be tracked at https://track-packages.com/usps/.
What Methods of Payment are Accepted, Is It Secure?
All payments and information are secure.  We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Paypal.

What is your return/refund policy?

- Returns are not accepted on final sale and promotional items. Email us at support@culturesocietyshop.com for more information.
- Any regular priced item can be returned within 7 days of delivery which is calculated based off tracking information. These items must be unused, with original packaging, and have no alterations. Buyers must pay return shipping. There will be a 25% restocking fee associated with returns.
- If the item is damaged, not what you ordered, or has any other problems, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to get you a refund or new product.
Why did I receive my order in multiple shipments?

If you have ordered multiple products there is a chance that you will receive your items in different shipments. We pride ourselves on getting our customers their products as soon as possible, thus, once an item is processed and ready for shipment it will be sent out immediately.
