Shipping Info

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 24 - 48 hours.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our US warehouse. For customers in the US and Canada, please expect 2 - 5 business days to receive your order. 

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Culture Society can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Culture Society will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

We will also not be held responsible for items that have been shipped and lost by fulfillment companies during shipment. This is almost never the case but if in the case this does happen it is best to contact your local post office, neighbors or even your countries customs to locate where your order is. Parcels lost in delivery are not subject to a refund from our company. However, we will attempt to locate your order for you and help you obtain it.
